Prototype Assembly: North American Assembly’s expertise is in nylon welding of varying platforms (vibration, ultrasonic, hot-plate and spin) with a strong emphasis on intake manifolds, lighting and other automotive components that require vibration and hot plate welding. Currently we are vibration welding and assembling approximately 70% of the world market prototypes for intake manifolds.   Production Assembly: Specializing in assembly is our strong point. Although there are many suppliers that claim they offer assembly services, and do, as well as their core business of molding or stamping, no supplier can match the expertise and quality that we can provide.
