Welding
We pride ourselves on our thorough welding expertise of plastic components.
North American Assembly’s expertise is in nylon welding of varying platforms (vibration, ultrasonic, hot-plate and spin) with a strong emphasis on intake manifolds, air box and canister vibration welding and hot plate welding. Currently we are vibration welding and assembling approximately 70% of the world market prototypes for intake manifolds.
Our welding expertise includes weld areas from 12 c.m.² to 187 c.m.² utilizing epoxy, cast kirksite, aluminum and steel tools.
Other Prototype Services
We provide total manufacturing of prototypes from molding of shells or SLA parts, welding, assembly and test through validation.
From vacuum forming to OEM jet ski mirrors to automotive tail light lenses, we provide prototype services to meet your needs.
Our foam packaging process provides customized foam packaging to protect product in shipment anywhere in the world.
