North American Assembly is a customer driven, ISO/TS 16949 certified company, providing prototype and production assembly solutions to a variety of industries.
 Our business, currently located in Pontiac, Michigan, is intensely focused on the needs and demands of the customer. We are currently in process of opening a satellite assembly facility in western New York.

Prototype Assembly:
North American Assembly’s expertise is in nylon welding of varying platforms (vibration, ultrasonic, hot-plate and spin) with a strong emphasis on intake manifolds, lighting and other automotive components that require vibration and hot plate welding. Currently we are vibration welding and assembling approximately 70% of the world market prototypes for intake manifolds.
Production Assembly:
Specializing in assembly is our strong point. Although there are many suppliers that claim they offer assembly services, and do, as well as their core business of molding or stamping, no supplier can match the expertise and quality that we can provide. Many larger companies are choosing to outsource assembly operations due to cost advantages that come with doing business with a company like North American Assembly. |
